POSITION INFO:

Experience:

Driving and implementing cost initiatives and strategic projects that will bring about improved warehousing and distribution operations
Coordinate all transport activities to reduce cost and ensure efficiency
Manage contracts of third party distribution service providers and monitor and control outputs to comply with client specifications and service level agreements
Developing, implementing and improving operational procedures to ensure increased efficiencies and reduced cost
Managing and assisting with the receiving and dispatch of finished goods

Qualifications & Requirements:

BCom (Supply Chain Management / Logistics) tertiary degree is required
ONLY six years working experience with in the Retail position
Analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills
Knowledge of international shipping and trade agreements and legislation
Extensive commercial experience
