POSITION INFO:

Experience:

• Driving and implementing cost initiatives and strategic projects that will bring about improved warehousing and distribution operations
• Coordinate all transport activities to reduce cost and ensure efficiency
• Manage contracts of third party distribution service providers and monitor and control outputs to comply with client specifications and service level agreements
• Developing, implementing and improving operational procedures to ensure increased efficiencies and reduced cost
• Managing and assisting with the receiving and dispatch of finished goods

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BCom (Supply Chain Management / Logistics) tertiary degree is required
• ONLY six years working experience with in the Retail position
• Analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Knowledge of international shipping and trade agreements and legislation
• Extensive commercial experience
