JOB SUMMARY:
A company based in Bryanston, Sandton is seeking to employ a Warranty Claims Clerk. Must possess automotive dealership experience to be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Specifications:

Technical focus with a high degree of administrative discipline
Stores workshop experience in a motor dealership
Exceptional communication skills
A strong work ethic
Ability to be part dynamic team, working with Senior Management, office staff and workshop technicians
Understanding of basic business financials
Exceptional time management skills

Competencies:

Previous dealership experience including warranty procedures
Accurate data entry skills with a high attention to detail
An excellent understanding of automotive components

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry as a Warranty Clerk
Matric or N3 qualification
MS Office (Excel,Outlook)
DMS experience (Automate,Evolve,ADP/kerridge) will be an advantage
A very strong technical and administrative background
