Waste Water Technician/Technologist/Engineer

Qualificiation

• N.Dip (Civ Eng) or B.Tech (Civ Eng)
• Professional registration is required
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in wastewater and water treatment engineering
• Proficient in Civils 3D, Revit and Autocad
• Sound knowledge of GCC and FIDIC general conditions of contract

Experience

• Civil, hydraulic and layout design of wastewater and water treatment infrastructure
• Civil and hydraulic design of sewer and water pump stations
• Gravity and pressure pipe design
• Contract administration (GCC and FIDIC)
• SANS 1200 bills of quantities

• Ability to manage time, quality and effort in order to deliver a quality product with time & cost constraints
• Ability to work under pressure
• A valid driver’s licence is essential
