Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria: FINANCIAL MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable and professional

-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must

-B.Com Honours Accounting (CTA) Degree a must (CA advantageous)

-Minimum 5 years experience in a general financial management environment a must (Consolidation experience advantageous)

-Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements.

-Strong technical knowledge including IFRS developments.

-Computer literate in MS Excel (advanced), VIP Payroll and Pastel Partner a must

-Experience in a hospitality/gamin environment advantageous

-Knowledge of business policies, procedures and processes

-Knowledge of Financial Principles and Practices, Tax and other related regulations

-Assertive with strong attention and accuracy

-Proactive with strong planning and organising skills

-Clear criminal and credit record

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full financial management duties for Parking Management company (including Business Analysis, Management Review, Budget & Financial Review, Group Accounting etc.)

-Monthly Management Accounts

-Quarterly/ Monthly Forecasts

-Financial information/ reporting e.g. Quarterly Board Packs

-Annual Budgets

-Year End Reporting Pack

-Tax packs

-Year End Finalisation and Year End Audits

-Annual Financial Statements

-Standardised Financial and Compliance Policies and Procedures.

-Managed Service Supplier Contracts

-Corporate Governance

-Manage Admin department

-Performance Management and HR Development

Salary: R 45 000.00 gross
