Minimum Requirements

• BCom degree
• CFP, or currently studying towards CFP would be ideal.
• 2+ years' experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Financial Advisory Support.
• Practical exposure to Financial Needs Analysis (FNA).
• Solid understanding of: 
  • Investment products
  • Fund management
  • Retirement funds
  • Life and risk products
  • Estate planning and estate duty principles
  • Wealth management concepts
  • Financial calculations and portfolio values
• Previous experience supporting Financial Advisers or Wealth Managers - Advantages. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills (Ideally Afrikaans and English but not essential).
• Strong Excel skills. 

POSITION INFO:
Duties and responsibilities: Provide telephonic and email support to Financial Advisers using the Elite Wealth Management software. Investigate and resolve adviser queries relating to wealth planning functionality and calculations. Assist advisers with Financial Needs Analysis (FNA), investment, retirement, risk and portfolio-related system queries. Interpret financial planning information and assist users in understanding system outputs. Troubleshoot software-related issues and liaise with internal technical teams where required. Deliver professional, accurate and client-focused support. Build strong relationships with financial advisers and wealth professionals.
