• Oversee’s payroll of employees

HR Manager Qualifications

• NSC Certificate with a Bachelor’s Pass
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree is required sometimes.
• Maximise employee performance
• Assist with development and career planning
• Actively manage your team and team goals
• Translate company vision into actionable tasks
• Experience managing projects
• Experience delegating tasks
• Must be analytical and organised
• Great at recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Familiar with payroll laws
