ADMINISTRATOR TYRES

POSITION INFO:

ADMINISTRATOR – TYRES

JOB SUMMARY (not limited to):

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Data Capture on tyre system
Capture financial data onto the system
Follow up on queries
General Admin
Send / receive stock
Assist with stock capturing
Assist senior administrator
Compile reports
Capture “new vehicle” data onto the system
Capture credit notes and claims
Edit vehicle movements on tyre system

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

Matric (Grade 12)
Fluent in Afrikaans / English (speak / read / write)
Must be able to work under pressure
Be able to work without supervision
Computer literate (excel is compulsory)

Remuneration:

To be discussed in the interview
