JOB SUMMARY:
Our client and accounting firm are looking for a remote Bookkeeper/Accountant with no less than 3 years' experience. Monthly management reports for clients (if you have experience in working in an accounting firm this is ideal HOWEVER we are open to looking for a candidate from any industry)

Must have a full setup at home from a laptop and printer including wifi.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Strong Ms. Excel skills
Responding to requests from clients on general accounting needs (i.e. running reports, responding to requests, etc.)
Prepare reconciliations (i.e. bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, verifying receipts, general ledger accounts, etc.)
Prepare financial statements and provide an overview to the client
Establish, document, and evaluate internal processes for the best client experience.
Manage prospective and current client correspondence
Strong at recons both on debtors/creditors
Able to work on various clients simultaneously (from loading new clients to starting a set of accounts)
Preparing various ledger
Good with technology (cloud), written commination and you are a team player as well as have the ability to work independently this is then for you
Bcom Finance/ accounting
Bookkeeping Diploma
