Actuarial Reporting Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

Champion the adoption and implementation of IFRS17 across reporting and performance management processes.
Drive financial forecasting, scenario testing, and explain variances in business performance.
Provide technical leadership on actuarial reporting metrics and methodologies.
Collaborate with BSM, IFRS reporting, and planning teams to deliver forward-looking insights.
Support internal and external audit readiness, policy reviews, and regulatory compliance.
Deliver insights to investor relations teams and contribute to public disclosures.
Benchmark competitor strategies and continuously enhance reporting frameworks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

FASSA qualification with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
3+ years in life insurance financial reporting (IFRS, EV, and SAM essential).
IFRS17 project or reporting experience (a strong advantage).
Background in audit, consulting, or project-based environments preferred.
Excellent understanding of actuarial modelling, capital reporting, and regulatory standards.
