JOB SUMMARY:
NEW VACANCY ALERT!
Our client in the FMCG sector, based in Gqeberha, has an opportunity available for an Administration Clerk (clearing agents) within their Finance department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Printing and sourcing all required supporting documentation for invoice packs.
  • Updating Pack Trackers with invoices received.
  • Updating GRN Tracker report information daily.
  • Updating GRN Tracker with normal charge invoices as they are received.
  • Registration and processing of validated invoices and credit notes in Syspro.
  • Assisting with monthly VAT reports and VAT copies of completed packs.
  • Assisting with compiling and buddy checking monthly recons.
  • Assisting with archiving.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance (advantageous)
  • 3 – 5 Years’ experience in a similar creditors’ role
  • Previous experience in dealing with clearing agents and shipping lines will be advantageous
  • Experience capturing invoices in the general ledger on an accounting system
  • Experience on systems such as Pastel / Syspro
  • Intermediate Excel skills (not negotiable)
