Admin Manager
Remote Position
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
A fast-growing national real estate group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Manager to lead and manage their Administration Team

Minimum requirements:

Previous experience in a similar Administration Management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Afrikaans speaking
Ability to build strong working relationships
Process-driven with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Daily responsibilities:

Daily, weekly, and monthly checking and review of completed work
Ensuring company processes and procedures are followed correctly
Managing and overseeing daily administrative duties diligently
Conducting spot checks to maintain quality and compliance
Managing renewal applications
Supporting and guiding the administration team to ensure operational efficiency

Key Skills:

Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
