Key Responsibilities:

• Capture, allocate, and reconcile invoice transactions accurately
• Manage debtors and creditors functions
• Oversee operational accounting processes across multiple entities
• Maintain and improve system integrations and automation processes
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Assist in streamlining finance administration processes
• Liaise with operational teams and management regarding financial information

• Accounting Degree
• SAICA Articles beneficial

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Hospitality industry exposure advantageous
• Strong operational accounting background essential
• Experience working across multiple systems beneficial

• Xero (non-negotiable)
• Mews (advantageous)
• Lightspeed (advantageous)
• Debtors and creditors management
• Reconciliations and allocations
• Systems integration and process optimisation
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
