Attention all Agile Business Analysts, a multinational fintech company focused on changing the payments industry across the world is looking for a solution driven, and delivery focused Agile Business Analyst.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

Our client designs solutions that include the payments value chain by provide their clients with a single, service-oriented supplier for all their payments. They help businesses to accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay payments.

Your main responsibilities would be as follows:

• Interact with the Product Owner to analyse their needs and to find solutions.
• Create User stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
• Ownership of the technical teams’ efforts through a feature squad framework ensuring that issues, blockers, and uncertainties are mitigated effectively.
• Preparation of required documentation, wireframes, overviews etc.
• Involvement in the rollout process including the preparation and delivery of training and upskilling.

Education:

  A tertiary qualification in IT.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Min of 3-5 years’ experience.

Knowledge and experience in the following:

• Agile Development
• Analyse data effectively

Beneficial:

• Financial industry experience
• Atlassian product suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Salesforce
