SUMMARY:
Attention all Agile Business Analysts, a multinational fintech company focused on changing the payments industry across the world is looking for a solution driven, and delivery focused Agile Business Analyst.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

Our client designs solutions that include the payments value chain by provide their clients with a single, service-oriented supplier for all their payments. They help businesses to accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay payments.

Your main responsibilities would be as follows:

Interact with the Product Owner to analyse their needs and to find solutions.
Create User stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
Ownership of the technical teams’ efforts through a feature squad framework ensuring that issues, blockers, and uncertainties are mitigated effectively.
Preparation of required documentation, wireframes, overviews etc.
Involvement in the rollout process including the preparation and delivery of training and upskilling.

Education:

A tertiary qualification in IT.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Min of 3-5 years’ experience.

Knowledge and experience in the following:

Agile Development
Analyse data effectively

Beneficial:

Financial industry experience
Atlassian product suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Salesforce
