Application Project Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven OPEX Application Project Manager to lead the delivery of key application implementation projects within our Global IM team. In this role, you will oversee full project lifecycles—ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget—while coordinating cross‑functional teams, third‑party vendors, and diverse business stakeholders.

This is a Hybrid contracting role for an individual that has 3-8 years experience in a similar position.

POSITION INFO:
Core Purpose of the Role

• Manage and deliver key client projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Oversee all project activities including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and align with business and technical requirements.

• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, resource plans, and detailed project schedules.
• Track performance using appropriate tools, manage risks, and adjust scope, budget, and timelines as needed.
• Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships; escalate issues appropriately.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Delegate effectively based on skills and experience of team members.

• PRINCE II certification required.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
• Solid grasp of technical concepts relevant to IT/OT application projects (e.g., software development, engineering, IT infrastructure).
• Experience managing projects and working across client-facing and internal teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• High awareness of and adherence to safety practices.
