Are you a technically astute professional with a passion for supporting critical business applications? We are currently partnering with a major financial institution to find a Diligent Technical Application Specialist for a 24-month contract engagement.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting and enhancing the Diligent application, ensuring it delivers value across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to provide functional support, drive business analysis for application enhancements, and configure the system in alignment with best practices and business goals.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

A related 3-year degree (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of experience in application support, functional analysis, and business analysis
Hands-on experience with the Diligent application is essential
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for user support
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support for users of the Diligent application
Work with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements
Lead business analysis efforts for new features and enhancements
Help define, manage, and test changes to the application
Configure the system to meet business needs and follow best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Keep the application up to date, secure, and fully functional
Develop training materials and support end-user education
Facilitate workshops to gather and refine business requirements
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system updates and improvements
Conduct testing and gather feedback from users to drive continuous improvement
