POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Skills
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Operations or related Diploma
Valid Unendorsed Code EB Driver's License (previously Code 08)
At least 2 years’ proven work experience as a manager
Intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Office) Experience
In-depth knowledge of traffic control and traffic management
Communications skills (both written & verbal)
Organising and planning skills
Strong managerial skills
Flexible availability required, including standby and overtime duties when necessary
Continuous visits to satellite stations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate with the team leader to confirm staff availability and monitor staff during shift changes.
Complete the weekly report and submit it to the Operations Manager.
Collect paperwork, daily checklists, and verify fuel levels.
Report any broken equipment to the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure proper handover to another area manager when required and inform direct staff accordingly.
Conduct daily site visits to ensure all staff are wearing their PPE.
Submit the daily vehicle availability report to the TMC personnel.
Communicate with team leaders to monitor staff movements, particularly at incident scenes.
