Requirements: Diploma in Forestery as the minimum At least 10 years’ experience as a Forester of which at least 2 of these must be at Senior Forester level Contractor management experience Ability to manage teams to financial efficiencies Excellent people management skills Advanced fire management experience, silviculture team management experience Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Good time management skills Duties: Establish, maintain and protect plantation assets Adhere to all environmental, conservation legislation Manage contractors Risk\/Safety\/FSC requirements Liaise function Personnel development\/management Administration
