JOB SUMMARY:
Area Sales Manager - Bloemfontein

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client within the Motor Retail Industry is looking for an Area Sales Manager based in Bloemfontein

Requirements and Skills:

Tertiary Qualification in Marketing Management / Banking / Insurance
FAIS Accreditation will be advantageous
NCA Accreditation will be advantageous
Proven experience as Area Manager or similar managerial role
Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Mentor and encourage sales team to reach and exceed pre-determined targets
Oversee the sales operations within designated region
Ensure that the region achieves set targets and budgets
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Liaising and networking with Motor Retail Industry role players
Compiling Exco meeting reports and feedback
Increasing sales revenues year to date
Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
Excellent problem solving abilities
