This role is ideal for an experienced Project Finance, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Advisory professional looking to take the next step into a senior leadership position where you will lead financial modelling, valuations, transaction execution, and client engagements across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure

POSITION INFO:
This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, review, and presentation of complex financial models for infrastructure and project finance transactions. Perform business, project, and investment valuations using a range of valuation methodologies. Support and lead transaction execution across Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory, Corporate Finance, and M&A mandates. Conduct financial due diligence, commercial analysis, and investment assessments. Prepare investment committee papers, client presentations, and transaction reports. Engage with lenders, investors, sponsors, legal advisors, and other key stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle. Provide strategic financial advice across sectors including renewable energy, water and sanitation, transport, utilities, and other infrastructure projects. Mentor and develop junior professionals while contributing to business development and client relationship management. Job Experience and Skills Required Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. CA(SA), CFA, FMVA, MBA, or similar postgraduate qualification will be advantageous. 8-12 years' experience within Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or M&A. Strong financial modelling and valuation experience. Proven experience working on complex transactions from origination through execution. Exposure to infrastructure sectors such as renewable energy, water and sanitation, transport, mining, telecommunications, or broader infrastructure projects will be highly advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
