What You'll Do

• Drive business development and market expansion initiatives within Finance Transformation and related advisory services.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities through strategic relationship management and consultative selling.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Oversee the successful delivery of finance transformation engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-functional opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

What You Bring

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• At least 5 years' experience in business development, sales, consulting, or client relationship management at a senior management level.
• Demonstrated expertise in Finance Transformation and the successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in solution selling, pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and project costing capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in driving results.
