We are seeking a commercially astute and entrepreneurial Finance Transformation leader to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and lead the delivery of complex transformation projects across a diverse client base. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines deep finance transformation expertise with strong business development capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, shaping innovative solutions, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering measurable value to clients. What You'll Do Drive business development and market expansion initiatives within Finance Transformation and related advisory services. Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities through strategic relationship management and consultative selling. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Oversee the successful delivery of finance transformation engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-functional opportunities and deliver integrated solutions. Manage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements to strengthen market presence. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. What You Bring Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role. At least 5 years' experience in business development, sales, consulting, or client relationship management at a senior management level. Demonstrated expertise in Finance Transformation and the successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in solution selling, pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within a consulting or professional services environment. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and project costing capabilities. Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
