Our client, a leading player in the FMCG and Packaging sector, is offering a 24-month Graduate Program designed to accelerate your professional growth and give you hands-on exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments across paper, pulp, and packaging

Design & Systems Engineering Exposure — work on the design and building of processing equipment for high-volume production.

Program Details

Duration: 24-month Graduate Program (fixed-term contract)
Remuneration: R25 000 TCT (Gross) per month
Start: 2025 and 2026 Intake
Location: South Africa — national opportunities within the group – 14 x sites
First intake will be based in Boksburg and Springs plants

Who Should Apply

South African citizens completing or recently completed their BEng or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Passionate about maintenance engineering and plant exposure.
Eager to learn, grow, and take on challenges in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
