JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a BI Team Lead to join a dynamic, young company focused on software solutions for the Short Term Insurance Industry.

The successful incumbent will be expected to manage a team of BI Developers, providing leadership and developing strategy.

The duties of this position includes but are not limited to:

Management of a team of BI Developers
Provide Technical Leadership in Power BI, SSRS, SSIS
Manage BI Projects run with external providers
Develop Power BI Strategy
Create, Manage and Maintain SSRS reports
Analysis, Design and Development of SSRS & Power BI reports for all lines of business
Development of SQL queries
Assist in testing reports and ensure sign off is collected
Assist development team with reports integration
Ensure reports are stored in GIT
Research new reporting and ETL technologies
Create and Manage ETL packages
Analysis, Design and Development of ETL packages
Liaise with third parties to enable data sharing

Requirements:

MS Reporting Services
MS Integration Services
Power BI
T-SQL
Knowledge and experience within the Financial Services Industry and / or Short Term Insurance Industry will be highly advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in all MS Office applications
