POSITION INFO:

Summary of Responsibilities:

Design and run automated and manual tests across all production stages (Automation – Writing Automated Test Scripts to do the Repetitive Testing and Manual Testing – Manually testing the system for user experience issues)

Create high quality test cases based on requirements documents, Test New Requirements and Operational Changes.

Analyze the impact of new BSS system requirements.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as being conducted by 3^rd party (Customer) Test teams.

Ensure safety procedures are followed Across all production stages

Maintain an up-to-date test environment reflecting production

Work closely with production teams to understand requirements and recommend improvements.

Ensure safety procedures and compliance are followed throughout all stages.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years’ experience as a Test Engineer (Manual and Automation Testing) involved in Testing and/or Quality Assurance of Business Support Systems (BSS) such as AMDOCS, Ericsson OSS/BSS, Netcracker Technology (NEC), CSG International, SAP, IBM, Optiva Inc., Oracle BSS, etc.

A Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or Similar.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications Industry.

Testing Tools: Soap UI Client, TMSS Etc.

Hands-on experience with any Quality Management Systems (QMS) - (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM))

Strong Experience with Database queries (PL/SQL and SQL.)
