SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Assistant to support the financial and administrative functions of a small business.

The role works closely with the Director and requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and professionalism.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Capture financial transactions on Pastel Partner
Assist with monthly financial reports
Payroll data capturing
General finance and debtors administration
Office administration, filing, and recordkeeping
Compile and submit documentation to the Director
Client liaison via email and telephone
General administrative support as required

Requirements

Previous admin and/or accounting assistance experience (advantageous)
Foundation Diploma or Certificate in Finance / Accounting / Administration (advantageous)
Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
Computer literate in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Pastel Partner
- SARS e-Filing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Ability to work independently and in a small team
