POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all branch operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration. Ensure the branch operates efficiently while achieving profitability and growth targets. Oversee inventory management, logistics, and overall branch financial performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards. Compile and present weekly and monthly operational and sales reports. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets. Drive sales growth across construction, mining, quarrying, infrastructure, and related industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, fleet owners, dealers, mining houses, and key customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned region. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements. Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer opportunities using CRM systems. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. Work closely with the service and parts departments to deliver outstanding customer support. Provide technical guidance and support regarding heavy equipment applications and customer requirements. Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing branch team. Drive a results-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and commercial success. Manage employee performance, training, and succession planning. Promote and maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
