We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage a busy branch in Nelspruit. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, commercially minded, and ready to make an impact on both the team and service delivery.

POSITION INFO:

Your role:

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Lead, coach, and support the branch team
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues quickly
• Manage budgets, costs, and performance targets
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld

What you bring?

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or similar will be beneficial
• 5+ years in road freight/logistics, with some leadership or supervisory exposure
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
