SUMMARY:
Reputable company based in Pinetown is seeking a Branch Manager with sound man-management skills and who has a technical aptitude from a retail background.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Preferably some form of tertiary qualification in the field of sales and business management.
In addition, the candidate must be able to prove at least 10 years high-level experience in the field of sales, and no less than 5 years in a senior managerial role.
A very strong knowledge of sales and customer service are key to the fulfilling the requirements of the position.
Highly computer literate
Exceptionally proficient in the use of the SAP ERP system.
Ability to draw all the necessary reports required of the position and manipulate them in MS Excel (Excel being the standard spreadsheet system used by the company).
Associated with this and more critical is the ability to analyse the information being generated and from this make the right decisions based on this information.
Excellent English language/writing skills (published examples required).
Excellent communication skills – not only being able to address a large group of people with confidence but also communicate effectively in a one-on-one situation.
Excellent negotiation skills – ability to achieve the desired outcome when interacting with other parties in a negotiation-based situation.
