Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role (funeral industry experience advantageous)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a calm and respectful manner
High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and compassion
Well-groomed and professional personal presentation
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage emotionally demanding situations
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (essential)
Willingness to work after-hours, weekends, and be on standby when required
