SUMMARY:
Leading industrial supplier specializing in sales and rental of quality industrial equipment currently searching for Branch Manager

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Directing all operational aspects including: Debtors/Creditors, Health and safety, Gas rentals, Rental Hire, Stores and Stock Management, customer service, Human Resources administration, Payroll and administration.
Skills Development - Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel through HR.
Accounting duties - Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost tip-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Sales and Branch Targets
Logistics and vehicle control

REQUIREMENTS

Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous
Experience: 6 - 10 years experience in similar role within plant and machinery hire industry
