Brand Manager

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to work for one of South Africa’s leading Internet Service Providers. This role would be perfect for someone who is experienced in Social Media Marketing who would like to showcase how good they are.

POSITION INFO:

This role is not about customer service or responding to customers it is about experience in social media marketing

The successful person will work together with the community mangers, tech, and sales escalation teams

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 4 years working in consumer brand social media marketing, content generation and leading community manager teams

Must have worked on brands with large volumes of inbound messages, active content calendars and range of social media pages

The ability to demonstrate effective improvement in poor scores will be a strong advantage

Must demonstrate recent expertise using Hootsuite Enterprise and Brand watch tools

Expert user, with the ability to set up notifications and creating reporting

Must demonstrate experience crafting relevant responses, managing content plans, and implementing social media campaigns

Agency or corporate experience

Will be required to demonstrate experience with an assessment as a part of the interview process

Qualification:

Social Media Marketing qualification either as a diploma, advanced certificate, or degree
