SUMMARY:
Multi-product distributor and reseller with a presence in all major retails seeks to employ an experienced Brand Manager. This person will have strong exposure to researching and sourcing electronics locally and internationally, negotiating prices, working with local retailers and have experience travelling internationally (China preferential).

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12 and completed Business / Marketing Degree
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally (at least twice a year)
5 years experience in Brand Management (Electronics)
5 years sourcing and researching (market analysis, competitor analysis, supplier analysis)
Strategic execution of Sales and Marketing plans
Management experience

Job Description:

Grow brand and product range in portfolio
Relationship building with buyers and decision makers from chain stores
Trend analysis and new product recommendations
Broaden existing product ranges
Pricing analysis and competitor analysis
Management reporting
International travel / product sourcing
Management of targets (Sales, Gross Margin, Profitability)
Prepare and formulate business plan and marketing plan to grow your brand and product ranges
Grow sales channels
Other related brand management duties
