JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading, multi-national, FMCG company that is growing exponentially in Africa and South Africa, is seeking to appoint a BRAND MANAGER on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for one of the key snacking categories through:

Relevant strategic planning for the category in each business cycle
Leveraging above the line and below the line assets for brand positioning
Commercial accountability for the category, delivering against revenue and profitability targets.
Driving the right go to market strategy through the various channels

Key Qualifications, Experience, Competences required:

Strategic, innovative, consumer-centric
Experience in digital marketing
Commercially minded with a relevant commercial degree
5-10 years marketing experience, some of which should have been in FMCG.

This role will suit a passionate marketer who can think strategically and commercially, with the experience and confidence to drive the new brand positioning in a short period. This role is based in Rosebank.
