WE’RE HIRING: BUSINESS ANALYST – DISTRIBUTOR PERFORMANCE 📍 Parow, Cape Town A well-established international manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Business Analyst – Distributor Performance to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, identifying the story behind the numbers and using commercial insights to improve distributor performance across global markets. The successful candidate will also build strong relationships with international distributors and present meaningful reports to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Monitor and report on distributor purchases against annual targets. Analyse distributor performance, market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities. Develop clear weekly, monthly and executive-level dashboards and reports. Identify underperformance risks, seasonal trends and market anomalies. Translate large volumes of data into practical commercial recommendations. Engage proactively with distributors to review performance, resolve challenges and secure commitments. Maintain accurate distributor data across multiple systems. Monitor distributor pipelines, compliance requirements and growth targets. Work closely with internal teams to align commercial strategies. Present complex findings clearly to distributors, management and executive stakeholders. Minimum Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related commercial field ✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, data analysis or commercial finance ✅ Experience within manufacturing, beauty or a global distributor-model business is essential ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and data modelling ✅ Proven experience working with large datasets and converting data into actionable insights ✅ Strong commercial understanding and relationship-management ability ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills Experience with SYSPRO, SQL, Power BI, ZAP, business intelligence tools or ERP systems will be advantageous.
