SUMMARY:

A wellâestablished organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives by translating business needs into clear, structured requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives while supporting delivery through effective analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to optimise processes, reduce delivery risk, and support informed decisionâmaking. Key Responsibilities:

Gather, evaluate, and document business requirements to define clear solution scope
Support project delivery through planning, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement
Contribute to solution design to ensure alignment with business needs and expected outcomes
Review testing documentation and confirm solutions meet agreed requirements
Monitor deliverables to ensure that documentation and approvals are completed within timeframes
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through analysis and industry best practices

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT, Technology, or Computer Science (NQF 6)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role delivering ITârelated projects
At least 2 years’ exposure to project management responsibilities
Proficiency in Excel modelling, including intermediate VBA skills
Experience working with SQL, Power BI, and processâmapping tools, such as Visio
Solid understanding of requirements analysis, functional design, and testing processes
Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with teams
