POSITION INFO:
This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in software development who wants to transition into a more business and delivery-focused role, or for an existing project manager seeking to deepen their exposure in FinTech. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a solid understanding of clients’ business objectives and how technology supports them.
Analyse, gather, and document requirements for new features and system enhancements.
Estimate and scope the work to be completed.
Direct and manage development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Test solutions against business requirements to ensure quality and alignment.
Coordinate deployment processes and manage software releases.
Triage defects and oversee issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years’ experience in business analysis, project management, or software delivery roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
Excellent communication skills with both clients and technical teams.
Collaborative mindset and a desire to upskill and support teammates.
Takes ownership and proactively addresses challenges.
Structured, methodical, and logical thinker.
Positive, open-minded, and technically curious personality.
Self-driven team player who can manage priorities independently.
Calm under pressure with a professional, can-do attitude.
Hands-on approach with a genuine interest in learning and growing.
