SUMMARY:
An established organisation in the transport and logistics sector is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager & Business Analyst to drive digital transformation and operational improvement across its fleet and transport operations.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong IT project delivery skills with a deep understanding of transport, fleet management, and logistics processes.

The Role

You’ll lead end-to-end IT and business projects, ensuring systems are aligned with operational goals and regulatory requirements. Working closely with transport, operations, and finance teams, you’ll deliver practical technology solutions that improve compliance, efficiency, and visibility across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Deliver cross-functional IT and operational improvement projects on time and within budget.
Manage implementation and optimisation of fleet and transport management systems.
Support systems covering compliance, scheduling, routing, and vehicle tracking.
Collaborate with finance teams on ERP, billing, and system integrations.
Gather business requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and oversee delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, IT contracts, and procurement processes.
Lead and mentor IT project contributors to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in IT operations or project management within the transport, fleet, or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of fleet systems, routing, compliance, and operational workflows.
Proven ability to deliver complex IT and business system projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Preferred Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 | ITIL Foundation | Business Analysis or ERP-related qualifications.
