POSITION INFO:
The Mission:
You won't just manage dashboards; you’ll build the engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technical expert who thrives on building scalable data solutions, enabling smarter decisions, and fostering analytics maturity across the enterprise. From architecting scalable pipelines in Microsoft Fabric to scaling self-service analytics and AI-driven insights, you’ll be the strategic lead of our data future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data automation, workflows, and pipelines.
• Champion enterprise data management practices — ensuring quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Lead BI initiatives, including dashboards, reporting automation, and self-service analytics.
• Define and execute the organisation’s data and analytics roadmap.
• Manage analytics teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce overhead.
• Support predictive analytics, modelling, and data science projects.
• Ensure best practices across ETL/ELT pipelines, frameworks, and documentation.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Experience & Skills:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data automation, analytics engineering, and BI.
  • Track record of building solutions with modern cloud BI platforms.
  • Expertise in:
    • Power BI (advanced modelling, DAX, and visualisation)
    • Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, pipelines, and automation)
    • Power Automate (workflow automation)
    • SQL (querying, optimisation, and transformation)
    • R (statistical modelling and analysis)
    • Python (data engineering and ML workflows)
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or data engineering are a plus
