POSITION INFO:
Our client operates largeâscale, highâcriticality infrastructure and is appointing a Finance Manager to manage the financial performance of a key entity while supporting groupâwide revenue oversight. The role blends operational finance, commercial engagement, and senior stakeholder partnering in a fastâpaced environment. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, manage a multiâsite finance team, and ensure financial discipline across revenue, cash flow, and controls. The role rewards accountability, presence, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial accountability for a legal entity, acting as the finance owner
Oversight of revenue management, billing cycles, and collections performance
Management of client escalations and complex revenue queries
Delivery of handsâon finance outputs including reconciliations, journals, and analysis
Input into commercial negotiations, pricing structures, and contract terms
Leadership and development of a geographically dispersed finance team
Strong engagement with executive and Câsuite stakeholders Ensuring adherence to IFRS, internal financial controls, and policies

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom / BAcc or equivalent Finance qualification
CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
4+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager or Business Partner role
Strong technical accounting and compliance exposure
IFRS experience essential, with IFRS 16 mandatory
Proven people management and senior stakeholder engagement capability
Background in highâtransaction, operational finance environments
Advanced Excel and strong commercial analytics skills
Confident communicator with problemâsolving mindset
Fully onsite role
Deliveryâfocused and comfortable working in the detail
