The role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities within food production, hospitality, and retail environments while supporting strategic sales growth across the region. You will engage with clients, manage tenders and proposals, and contribute to the implementation of food safety-focused service solutions. This role suits a commercially driven professional with strong relationship-building skills and an understanding of food hygiene standards and compliance. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities within food and hospitality sectors Develop proposals, bids, and tender submissions Build strong client and supplier relationships Support implementation of food safety and hygiene initiatives Monitor market opportunities and competitor activity Achieve monthly sales and growth targets Promote integrated hygiene and support service offerings Maintain accurate reporting and sales pipeline management What You Bring Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Experience within food hygiene, hospitality, or services industries Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage tenders and proposals effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid driver’s licence What Success Looks Like Strong commercial growth within food hygiene markets Successful client acquisition and retention Consistent achievement of sales targets Effective implementation of hygiene-focused solutions Strong stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction
