What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Compile proposals, bids, and tender submissions Follow up on leads and commercial opportunities Support sales and marketing strategy implementation Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities Achieve monthly sales and growth targets Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline tracking Promote integrated service offerings across the business What You Bring Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales Strong understanding of the services industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong proposal and tender management experience Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of sales targets Strong client acquisition and retention Growth within the East Rand commercial market High-quality tender submissions and proposal management Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management
