As the Business Development Engineer, you will collaborate with technical and commercial teams to identify new opportunities, understand client needs, and propose value-driven solutions tailored to the process industries.

Education:

- BSc / BEng in Chemical Engineering
- Commercial or business development training is advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

- 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or process engineering
- Exposure to or experience in the chemical, metals, or mining sectors
- Strong technical communication and solution-selling abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow a pipeline of business in target industries
- Engage with engineering and procurement stakeholders to understand challenges and propose solutions
- Collaborate internally to align technical offerings with market needs
- Meet and exceed sales and business growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
