SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Business Manager to assist with writing, reviewing, and addressing issues raised in reports or as required in critical strategic stakeholder relationships.

Technical Competency Requirements

Insight into strategy formulation and strategy execution
In-depth knowledge of the retirement fund industry and developments taking place within this industry
Commercial acumen and general management capability
Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver to plan and meet deadlines
Excellent command of written/verbal business language and report writing skills
Strong financial, data modelling, and analytical skills with evident commercial acumen
Articulate, able to write reports, and influence stakeholders
Provide informed perspectives on market, industry, and competitive dynamics
Interpret research and translate insights into strategic implications and options
Align strategic intent with execution frameworks and operating requirements
Provide perspective on financial viability, cost structures, and value-for-money considerations

Required minimum Education/Training

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Required Experience

6-8 years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or a similar high-impact environment.
Proven experience in guiding strategic thinking across multiple horizons
Proven ability to assess and recommend optimal business architecture, processes and organizational structures
