Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting

Responsibilities:

Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, providing insights on performance and profitability.
Develop and enhance management reporting systems and financial dashboards.
Conduct detailed financial analysis on clients, sectors, and practice groups to identify trends.
Support decision-making through financial modelling and feasibility studies.
Prepare and review billing schedules, analysing estimates versus actual billings.
Assist in preparing executive reports (EXCOM and FINCOM packs) with key financial insights.
Monitor key financial metrics, including cost of sales, WIP, headcount movement, and rate leakage.
Collaborate with IT to identify, test, and implement system and reporting improvements.
Provide ongoing financial support and guidance to business leaders and stakeholders.
