JOB SUMMARY:
Our global multinational client in the management space is looking for the expertise of a Business Process Architect-Real Estate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in RE-FX with 3 full lifecycle implementations (in either ECC or S/4HANA as there are no major differences between the two when it comes to RE).
Experience in migration of RE objects
Good understanding of all SAP RE-FX processes
Sales-Based Rentals
IFRS16 – population of valuation rules in various scenarios including the effect of renewals on calculations as well as integration to Asset Accounting
SIT and UAT Testing
Cutover
Lease Management – basic Lease In and Lease Out processes
Change Requests
Authorisations
