About the Role: You will work across cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and transform business processes, with a strong focus on execution and delivering results. This role is built on four key pillars: Project Management Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Data Analytics Innovation You won't just recommend improvements - you'll own and implement them. What You'll Be Doing: Drive and support end-to-end projects across departments Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Use data to generate insights and support decision-making Build and contribute to dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics Participate in Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement programs Support automation, digital transformation, and innovation pilots What We're Looking For: BSc\/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) 3-5 years' experience in process improvement, operations, or analytics Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability Exposure to tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python Understanding of Lean \/ Kaizen \/ Continuous Improvement principles Ability to work across teams and drive initiatives to completion What Sets You Apart: You take ownership, not just responsibility, You are curious, proactive, and solutions-driven, You can translate data into real business action, You thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
