Job description

The Executive Commercial will develop and drive the implementation of an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy that will ensure that the acceleration of profitable sales and business growth to ensure commercial success.

 

The development of a strong and effective sales culture across all channels within the organisation is a key requirement, supported by a management team to develop and direct effective B2C and B2B strategies.

 

Job Experience

  • The incumbent must demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment and skills/experience gained within similar positions, at a similar level within financial services / insurance industry / retail consumer market – at least 8 years.
  • Extensive commercial experience of managing B2B sales.  
  • Experience with financial service products, rewards programmes, propensity models, etc.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Proven network (contact database).

 

Education

  • A commercial qualification - B Com or equivalent.
  • MBA will be advantageous.
