Drive new business development through cold calling, networking, and client visits.

Present and sell value-based training solutions that meet client needs.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries.

Think strategically to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all client interactions.

Requirements:

Matric

Own reliable vehicle

Proven track record in sales of intangible products or services (e.g., training, consulting, software, HR solutions).

A true hunter mindset – proactive, persistent, and motivated by targets.

Excellent communication skills and confidence in cold calling.

Strong emotional intelligence and resilience – able to bounce back from rejection.

Strategic and broad-minded thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture.

Skilled in networking and relationship building.
