SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Business Systems Support to join their dynamic team based in Bryanston. This is a fully in-office, entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to start a career in business system administration, development, or related fields. The Business Systems Support will work closely with the internal Business Technology team to provide essential technical assistance to users, resolve issues primarily related to Salesforce, and support data management across various platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s business systems.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to users, with a strong focus on Salesforce
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with developers
Assist with user training and onboarding for system tools and features
Support data integrity and perform data updates within Salesforce
Escalate more complex issues to senior team members or developers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field
Experience using Salesforce in a support or technical capacity
Proven experience providing technical assistance to users within an organization
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
