Business Unit Leader – Risk and Ethics

This position is limited to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements

Location: Pretoria

Position Overview:

The purpose of the role is to establish, maintain and lead the management of enterprise-wide risks, the ethics management function and the complaints management process in line with the

organisational mandate, strategies and business operations. The role is to ensure alignment and synergy between the different disciplines, thereby demonstrating value add.

Reporting
Stakeholder Management
People Management
Financial Management and Operational Management

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

A minimum qualification of a completed Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent.
Relevant professional certification in the areas of specialisation (enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance and/or ethics)
Registration with a recognised professional body
12 Years’ relevant experience (post qualification), of which at least 6 years should have been at a Senior Management / Higher Level In Risk Management Environment.
