POSITION INFO:
Provide strategic direction across product, distribution, operations, technology, risk, finance and people whilst ensuring alignment between Group strategy and country-level execution. This position requires a leader who can successfully navigate complex, regulated, multi-country environments and build high-performing teams, engage with boards and regulators and deliver sustainable business results. We''''re looking for a CEO from the Life Assurance\/Asset Management industries with a track record for successfully growing business in Africa.
